His Saving Grace (Northern California Cowboys, Book 1): This is a steamy book, with open-door, graphic sex scenes. Mason suffers from PTSD, although he does seek outside help to help him cope. A friend of Mason's dies via suicide off page, although it is briefly discussed, and Mason having thoughts of suicide is alluded to on page. Grace is running from an abusive relationship, and her mental and physical abuse is discussed. Grace is abused by her ex on-page. There are mentions of a secondary character's infertility. His Fake Fiancé (Northern California Cowboys, Book 2): This is a steamy book, with open-door, graphic sex scenes. The main story of the book deals with a child custody case. Jake alludes to having an undiagnosed learning disability and does speak with a stutter when he is under stress, which embarrasses him. Adult language is used throughout.
His Simple Plan (Northern California Cowboys, Book 3): This is a steamy book, with open-door, graphic sex scenes. Simon has a touch and intimacy phobia from being drugged and sexually assaulted. The assault is off page, but it is discussed. Adult language is used throughout.
His Secret Wish (Northern California Cowboys, Book 4): This is a steamy book, with open-door, graphic sex scenes. Owen and Isabella have had infertility issues and multiple miscarriages, which are discussed on page. During one of the miscarriages, they were unable to stop the bleeding and a hysterectomy was performed, which is also discussed on page. A person dies of natural causes in the story. There are mentions of the foster care system, and some neglect. Adult language is used throughout.
The History of New Beginnings (The Hollywood Carmichaels, Book 1): This is a steamy book, with open-door, graphic sex scenes. Norah is a breast cancer survivor whose disease is in remission. She has had a mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgery which have left scars. Her husband left her during her treatment. Henry has a medical emergency and is hospitalized. Adult language is used throughout.
The Sometimes of Second Chances (The Hollywood Carmichaels, Book 2): This is a steamy book, with open-door, graphic sex scenes. Christian is an alcoholic and drug addict that is in recovery. His struggles from before and after his rehab are discussed throughout the book. Adult language is used throughout.
